will my car need to be moved before washing?

Yes, your car will need to be moved. I can move it for you, or you can move it—whichever you prefer. I’d hate to see dust and debris settle on your car after I’ve washed it. If possible, having an open driveway or a clear space on the street would be ideal for the wash.

what products will be used on my car?

I’ll provide a full “wash process” breakdown on the service page. The majority of the products I use come from Koch-Chemie—a trusted, high-quality brand known for safe and effective car cleaning and detailing products.

I will never use anything that could harm your car’s paint, plastics, or vinyl. I treat every car as if it were my own.

For the interior, I use high-quality, pH-neutral products that are safe and effective. For the exterior, I start with high-quality acidic products to break down contaminants, followed by pH-neutral or high-quality alkaline products to ensure a thorough and balanced clean.

Do i need to have access to water and power in order for you to complete said service?

Yes, full access to both water and power is required for me to complete the service. This is a crucial detail to be aware of before booking, as it ensures I can perform the job properly and efficiently.

I want a quick clean-up service but with a Decontamination wash, Do you have any packages containing both?

Yes, I do offer packages! There are several options designed to meet different needs, and I’m confident we can find one that fits what you’re looking for. All packages come with 15% off already included in the price.

If a specific package doesn’t include both the quick clean-up and decontamination wash, I can customize a package for you and apply a discounted rate, depending on the services requested and the condition of your vehicle.


Do you offer anything for referrals?

Yes! If someone I’m detailing lists you as their referral, I’ll send you an email letting you know—and you’ll receive 15% off your next service as a thank-you!

can my price change after the service?

Yes, the price may change depending on the condition of your vehicle. For example, if you book a quick clean-up but your car requires a heavy clean due to excessive trash, stains, or buildup, there will be an adjusted charge to reflect the additional time, labor, and product use.

That said, I will always inform you before proceeding with any upcharges, explaining the issue and giving you the option to approve the updated price before I continue.

I have a subscription setup but i want to cancel?

I have a subscription set up, but I want to cancel.
That’s perfectly okay! When you cancel your membership, you’ll be charged one final time on your next scheduled billing date, and you won’t be billed again after that—unless you choose to book another appointment in the future.

While I’d hate to see you go, I truly value all my customers and fully respect your reasons for canceling.

are there refund before or after my service?

Yes—under certain conditions.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, you'll receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 24 to 12 hours before the appointment, you'll receive a 50% refund.

  • Once I arrive and begin the service (i.e., once any product has been applied to your vehicle), no refunds will be issued, as the service is considered in progress.
